Who we are
DRIPT is a product made by Ixalabs ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the DRIPT mobile app, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What we collect
We try to collect as little data as possible.
Account information
- Email address (when signing in with Apple, Google, or email)
- A unique user ID generated by our authentication provider
Outfit photos you submit
Photos you upload for outfit analysis.
Scan history and AI-generated results
- Ratings
- Style feedback
- Archetype tags
- Style DNA signals
- Other AI-generated insights tied to your account
Subscription information
Your subscription status (Free, Pro Weekly, Pro Yearly).
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive or store your card details. We only receive anonymous purchase information from RevenueCat, our subscription provider.
Device and usage information
- App version
- Operating system version
- Device language and region
- Crash reports
- Basic analytics related to app performance and usage
We do not collect:
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Microphone audio
- Camera roll access beyond photos you choose to upload
- Facial recognition or biometric identification data
How we use your photos
Your uploaded photos are processed only to provide outfit analysis features inside DRIPT.
Specifically:
- Your photo is sent to OpenAI, our AI processing provider, to generate outfit analysis and feedback
- We send a compressed version of the image rather than the original full-resolution file
- We do not use your photos to train AI models
- We do not sell or share your photos with advertisers or data brokers
- Your scans are private and are not visible to other users
We keep your scans in your private account so you can access your scan history. You can delete individual scans or clear your history at any time from within the app.
Third-party services we use
We use the following service providers to operate DRIPT:

These providers may process limited personal data only as needed to provide their services.
How we use your data
We use your information to:
- Provide outfit ratings and AI-generated style insights
- Operate subscriptions and account features
- Send transactional emails such as login confirmations or receipts
- Diagnose crashes and improve app reliability
- Send optional push notifications if enabled by you
We do not use your data for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Under GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to provide the app and subscription services
- Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, crash reporting, and service improvement
- Consent — for optional notifications or analytics where required
- Legal obligations — for tax and accounting compliance
Where your data is processed
DRIPT is operated from the Netherlands.
Account and application data is primarily stored in the European Union through Supabase infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany.
Some processing services, including OpenAI and RevenueCat, may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area using legally approved transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep data
- Scan history: until you delete it or delete your account
- Account information: while your account remains active
- Billing records: retained as required by Dutch tax law
- Crash reports and analytics: retained for a limited period as needed for diagnostics
Backup copies may persist temporarily before automatic deletion.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Export your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
You can delete your account directly inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and tracking
The DRIPT mobile app does not use cookies.
The getdript.app website may use minimal first-party analytics to understand basic website usage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking.
DRIPT does not use Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
Children
DRIPT is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact [email protected] and we will investigate and remove the data where appropriate.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account information
- Uploaded scans
- AI-generated feedback and scan history
Subscriptions must still be canceled separately through Apple or Google account settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we may notify you through the app or by email before the updated policy takes effect.
The latest version will always be available at getdript.app/privacy.
