The basics
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ixalabs (KvK [your KvK number], registered in the Netherlands), the company behind DRIPT ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the DRIPT app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use DRIPT.

Eligibility
You need to be at least 13 years old to use DRIPT (16 if you live in the European Economic Area, where stricter rules apply). If you're under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. By using DRIPT you confirm you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. Tell us at [email protected] immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. The accuracy of any name or email associated with these third-party providers is your responsibility.
What DRIPT is (and isn't)
DRIPT is an AI-powered outfit feedback app. Upload a photo of your fit and we return a score, a breakdown across signals like color and silhouette, occasion-specific feedback, and over time a Style DNA profile.
DRIPT is entertainment plus opinion, not professional advice. The AI is trained to give consistent feedback, but style is subjective and the model can be wrong. Don't make life decisions based on a score.
Subscriptions, payments, and trials
DRIPT offers the following plans:
- Free: limited scans per day, basic score, no payment required.
- Pro Weekly: $4.99 per week, includes a 3-day free trial. You will be charged on day 4 of the trial unless you cancel before that.
- Pro Yearly: $39.99 per year, billed once at signup.
How payment works:
- Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by us. We never see your payment details.
- Pricing may vary by region due to currency conversion, taxes, and store fees.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (this is required by Apple and Google).
You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime through:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Android:Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancelling at any time stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period — you keep access until the end of what you've paid for.
- Pro Weekly trial: cancel before day 4 of the trial and you pay nothing. After the trial converts, fees for completed weeks are non-refundable except where required by law.
- EU consumers right of withdrawal:if you live in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. By starting to use Pro features (including the trial), you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that this right of withdrawal is lost once you've used the service.
- All refunds for App Store and Play Store purchases are ultimately governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies. We don't process refunds directly — please request them through:
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By submitting a photo to DRIPT, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to:
- Send your photo to our AI processor (OpenAI) for analysis.
- Store your photo and the resulting analysis in your private scan history.
- Process the data needed to provide you with the service.
This license ends when you delete the photo or your account.
You agree that you will only upload content where:
- You are the subject, or you have explicit permission from the subject.
- It does not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, gore, violence, hate symbols, or illegal material.
- It does not infringe anyone's rights (intellectual property, privacy, or otherwise).
- It is not of a minor other than yourself, and only if you are over 13/16 as required.
We do not use your content to train AI models — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to break or bypass the service.
- Use DRIPT to harass, dox, bully, deepfake, or impersonate others.
- Upload content you don't have rights to.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the service.
- Resell, redistribute, or rebrand DRIPT's output as your own product or service.
- Submit photos you know contain a minor (besides yourself, if eligible).
- Use DRIPT for anything illegal under Dutch, EU, or your local law.
- Attempt to circumvent payment, free trial limits, or scan quotas.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. We may also report illegal content to authorities where required.
User-generated content moderation
While your scans are private to your account, we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law if we become aware of it. We are not obligated to monitor uploads but may do so for safety, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
Our content and IP
The DRIPT name, logo, scoring system, archetypes, prompts, app design, and code are the intellectual property of Ixalabs. You may take screenshots of your own results to share on social media — that's the whole point — but you may not:
- Copy our brand, scoring system, or design for your own product.
- Use the DRIPT name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement.
- Strip our branding from screenshots used commercially.
Apple App Store specific terms
If you downloaded DRIPT from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Ixalabs only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for DRIPT or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for DRIPT.
- In case of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price (subscription portion) — beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to DRIPT or your possession/use of it.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play Store specific terms
If you downloaded DRIPT from the Google Play Store, you agree to comply with Google Play's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
The AI is not infallible
Scores and feedback are generated by machine learning models that can and will be wrong sometimes. DRIPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We don't guarantee that:
- The AI will be accurate or unbiased.
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 24/7.
- You'll like what the AI says about your outfit.
- Specific features will remain available — we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ixalabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of DRIPT.
Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ixalabs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting your account permanently removes your scans and AI feedback within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if we're required to by law. Your active subscription will not be refunded for partial periods unless required by law or covered by our refund terms above.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, etc.) will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The latest version will always be at dript.app/terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept the new Terms, you must stop using DRIPT and may delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring them in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ixalabs regarding DRIPT.
